3. Place them towards the front of the case, but my concern with this option is that this will disrupt the intake from the front and feed less air to the CPU cooler.

I drew up a quick sketch in Paint for easier reference. Sorry it looks kind of scuffed and the proportions are a bit off.

it depends on the case. some case have bottom intake to top exhaust and some have front intake and back exhaust and some have a mix of both. depending on the orientation, it will be like

front intake, back exhaust, Horizontal

bottom intake, top exhaust, vertical

mix = whichever has higher intake.

preferably, the intake will go straight to the heat sink then straight to the exhaust.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

Can you put a cooler on a GPU?

AIO coolers are the easiest way to liquid cool your graphics. They generally come pre-assembled and installed from the graphics card manufacturer like the AORUS GeForce RTX 3080 XTREME WATERFORCE 10G and all you have to do is install the card and radiator and then job done.

Can I put an AIO on a GPU?

More about legacy GPU AIO Coolers Our AIO GPU coolers can be found in ready-to-go combo solutions or kit packages that can be installed to compatible GPUs.

Why is there a heatsink and fan mounted on top of the CPU?

A CPU is prone to overheating because some of its components product heat. Without the heatsink, the heat generated by the components stay in your CPU, which will burn or fry it. Because most components are made of electronic chips, they absorb heat easily.

Should I have fans blowing into my GPU?

Usually adding fans blowing directly at the GPU will help feed it with cooler air from outside the case and reduce the likelihood of the fans recirculating hot air back into the cooler. This is assuming you have good airflow in the case to begin with.
