Facebook could not be installed at this time lỗi năm 2024

The Facebook app comes pre-installed on newer Samsung devices, but will need to be downloaded and installed on older devices.

If you are having difficulty installing Facebook, check that you have enough storage for the app. If you have an older device or limited storage, it might be worth considering installing Facebook Lite which uses less space and data.

Facebook is not an official Samsung app. If you are having difficulty with the app, we recommend contacting Facebook directly. You can find Facebook Help here.

1 From the home screen, choose Apps or swipe up to access your apps

2 Touch Play Store

3 Enter 'Facebook' in the search bar at the top and then touch Facebook in the pop-up auto-suggest list

4 Touch Install

PLEASE NOTE: Facebook is a large app and it may take a few minutes to install.

5 Check you are happy with Facebook's permissions, then touch Accept

6 Once Facebook has downloaded, it will appear in your apps tray. Tap 'Apps', then 'Facebook' to open.

7 Login with your Facebook details or follow the instructions to set up an account

If you are having difficulty logging in or setting up your account, you can visit Facebook's Help page here.

@GiorgosTheGamer7 the issue isn't related to your Xperia phone but the Google Play Store, you can try to clear the data, caches and reset applications preferences. This is the only way it worked for me to restore Play Store functionality.

Try this, go to Settings, Applications: Search for Google Play Store -> Force Stop, Clear Cache, Clear Data.

Some people say that after that you should restart, you may want to. I never restarted the phone as immediately the Google Play Store worked normally.

When I find the app and tap Install, I get a screen that prompts me to log in When I do so, it returns me to the page for installing the Facebook app. I tap Install again, and it returns me to the log-in screen. I'm in an endless loop: install, log in, install, log in, install...

There's no message saying that anything went wrong when I log in. I know my password is valid because I just used it to log in to this web site. And I watched the characters as I entered it on my phone to avoid typos.

I searched the support forum for "cannot install facebook app" and found a person who had exactly the same problem about a year ago. He had a iPhone 6, as do I. He was told that the iPhone 6 can only be updated to iOS 12.5.7 and the Facebook app needs iOS 13.4 or higher. I checked my phone's Update option and found that it is running iOS 17.4.1, making the answer useless.
