How do I download a game from Origin?

Show I reinstalled my OS but kept my personal files, so i lost my programs like Origin, but the games were saved.. I have about 56GBs of BF4 saved on my F drive and I cant figure out how to point origin to look where its located. I have already saved the download location of games to the origingames folder that bf4 is located in, but that didnt help at all.
