My direct colleagues were super great to work with and for. However, the overall culture is still very pro-corporate. There is zero support for employees in any way - benefits, engagement, environment. It is very vindictive culture and if you don't bring in millions they overlook anything else you do.

The starting role at Bank of America makes twenty three dollars the hour and three weeks of paid vacation. The majority of the roles at Bank of America work from Monday to Friday; however, there are some exception. It can be very repetitive work. There are many regulations to follow which can seem daunting at first. There is a lot of personal risk when dealing with money. But in conclusion, it is a great place to work.

Each and every employee is open minded, welcoming, and always ready to lend a hand. Although I’m an intern through a gap-year program, my mentors at this company have truly helped me further me along my path towards college as a student, and have expanded my network to reach from college recruiters to positions I am truly interested in, such as Investment analysis. Bank of America truly cares for equally and wholeheartedly for their clientele and employees.

I interned here over the summer in the Chicago office and enjoyed the experience was very much enjoyable.

I work in one of Bank of America's contact centers, and I am very proud of that. Besides the amazing benefits the bank offers, it has been an opportunity to grow since I finished my first training class. They through you in like any other contact center does, but you have not only the support of your manager, they make sure the successful members of your team are there to help as well. I know, because I have not only been the new fish, but also an assistant in making our associates great in less than two years. Back to the benefits, they are superb. They help you when you feel like you cannot even help yourself, which in the times we are in is a huge help. Bank of America is an ideal place to work.

Its a really great place to work. Good compensation, healthy work life balance, top of the line benefits, and tuition reimbursement. I enjoy working here quite a bit, and hope to stay employed here for the long run.

Good compensation for people who are in starting level positions, BOA has increased the minimum they pay for entry level positions, however they do not raise the pay for people who have been there for years. The giant corporation does not support it's little employees and does not take internal complaints seriously.

They are seriously awful. They don't care about their employees and defiantly don't care about customer. To them employees are guinea pigs and customers are money sighs. All this company does is stress you until you cant take it and quit.

I have been here for a few years now I can't imagine working anywhere else. They offer some of the best benefits and it's a great company that just wants to help you grow.

It's a great versatile diverse and flexible company to work for, and not to mention the pay. Its easy to learn and its a good work life balance , as well as the opportunity to make more money with overtime. It's great for your resume , and it teaches you a lot about finances.

I enjoy how punctual and organized the company is along with the product offered to their clients. Things I would change would be a stricter approach on time management. I would also change the training process to be more manager engagement rather than sitting behind a computer learning straight forward products. A lot of people know their job role but don’t understand other job role and if they did they would be able to use each other’s brain capacity to work together rather than compete against each other in sales.

I will tell you what, I have worked for a couple banks and even left this bank for a while. I can honestly say Bank of America cares more about their employees more than any other financial institution. Work/life balance is very important . Also, if you don't like one department they make it easy to make a lateral move and go into another that you might find a better fit not only for career but for financial gain as well. Your career is what you make it , they offer a plethora of opportunities and training to advance. Which is great, they are pretty open, when it comes too accommodations as well. Managers are approachable , but there does seem to be a disconnect with those in charge of call centers. Although grateful for the three shifts [1st, 2nd and 3rd] and the opportunity for bonuses .
