DEFINITIONS
Ticket [s] : the ticket that will be issued upon successful completion of the purchase procedure and which allows entry under the conditions set out in these GCS on the occasion of the events
taking place at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza.
Website : the website www.monzanet.it through which the Ticket is purchased.
Client [s] : consumer users pursuant to the Consumer Code [Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014]. Individuals are allowed to purchase only on condition that they are over 18 years of age.
SCOPE OF
Online transactions, i.e. the offer and sale on the Site of the Admission Passes constitute a
distance contract and take place in compliance with Legislative Decree 70/2003, in transposition of Directive n ° 2000/31 / EC, as well as of the Code of Consumption [Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014].
Before proceeding to the conclusion of the Contract, the Customer is required to carefully read all the information that SIAS SPA provides on the Site, as well as to examine these GCS that are made available to the user. both during the registration procedure and during the purchase procedure and before the conclusion of the Contract.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Tickets are marketed by SIAS SPA through the technical partner Vivaticket SpA, which operates using its own platform, within which the entire ticket sales process will be managed, as described below.
The purchase of Tickets on the Site can only take place after registering on the Site in the manner indicated in this article and is allowed to Customers.

Registration
Registration on the Site is free. To register on the Site and create the relevant account, the Customer must fill in the appropriate form, entering their personal data requested in it, as well as an e-mail address and a password, and click on the ” REGISTER ”
button.
The Customer is prohibited from entering, for the purposes of registering on the Site, personal data of third parties, false, invented, fictional data and / or, in any way, not corresponding to the truth.
Registering on the Site allows the user to carry out, among other things, the following activities through the private and personal account:

The registration credentials [e-mail address and password] allow the Customer to make purchases on the Site and must therefore be kept with extreme care and attention. Furthermore, they can only be used by the Customer and cannot be transferred to third parties. The Customer undertakes to keep them secret and to ensure that no third parties have access to them. He also undertakes to immediately inform SIAS SPA, by contacting it at the addresses indicated at the top of these GCS, in the event that he suspects or becomes aware of an improper use or undue disclosure of the same.
Purchase
The purchase procedure is very simple and intuitive, just follow the instructions that are provided step by step.
Each ticket purchase agreement is governed by: [i] these General Conditions of Sale GCS; [ii] any particular conditions that will be published on the Site and which must be specifically viewed and accepted by the user.
Once the desired types and quantities of tickets have been entered in the cart, you are asked to select the method of payment by credit card [Visa and MasterCard circuit cards are accepted].
Payment method selection
SIAS SPA, through the Vivaticket platform, uses a secure payment service that involves
the use of the SSL security protocol. Confidential credit card data [card number, holder, expiration date, security code] are encrypted and thus transmitted to the payment manager. SIAS SPA therefore never has access to and does not store the data of the credit card used by the user to pay for the Tickets. The credit card transaction authorization by the credit card manager is immediate and takes place at the same time as the order confirmation, while the actual transaction to be understood as a
charge may not occur at the same time. All data that will be provided by the Customer for payment transactions will in no way be processed or stored by SIAS SPA.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
By clicking on the Buy Now button you will place a binding order for the products contained in the virtual cart, also authorizing the payment of the relative price.
SIAS SPA, once the order has been received, will send an e-mail confirming the order. The sales contract is concluded only when the order confirmation is sent by SIAS SPA, which will contain a copy [also via hyperlink] of these general conditions of sale and the main information regarding the Ticket.
Therefore, if no confirmation of the order is received, the relative order must be considered refused and, therefore, ineffective. The order confirmation e-mail, which contains a link to these General Conditions of Sale, constitutes the confirmation of the conclusion of the contract and legitimizes access to the Autodromo Nazionale Monza for the event referred to in the Ticket.
DELIVERY METHODS
Tickets are electronic and must be downloaded from your account.
For some events it may happen that the tickets are not available on the account at the same time as the purchase, an e-mail notification will be sent when the e-tickets are on the account and ready for download.
The ticket can be used in digital format or printed on a normal A4 sheet. In the case of printing, it is recommended not to resize the ticket [this would make the barcode unreadable].
WITHDRAWAL / LOSS / DAMAGE OF THE TICKET
Even for Customers who are Consumers pursuant to the Consumer Code [Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014], the right of withdrawal is not provided as, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, it concerns the provision of services relating to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific
date or period of execution.
SIAS SpA reserves the right to cancel a ticket if the purchase, sale, bank security, etc. parameters are not satisfied. and for technical and / or organizational reasons. In both cases, this operation will be notified by e-mail and the amount paid for the purchase will be fully refunded.

CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY TO THE PLACE OF THE FORMULA 1 EVENT PIRELLI GRAND PRIX OF ITALY 2022
The Promoter of the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI GRAND PRIX OF ITALY 2022 is the Automobile Club of Italy – ACI.
It is not allowed to make, create, archive, record or transmit any kind of sound, visual or audio-visual documentation[Registrazione] , nor store, record or transmit any information or any data, including
official timekeeping, results, performance, telemetry, weather or Race Direction data[Dati] concerning, relative and / or connected to the Event.
It is forbidden to introduce any equipment that allows the above actions to be carried out in the place of the Event.
Personal electronic devices [including cameras, video cameras, mobile phones or other portable communication devices, but in any case excluding drones] are permitted within the venue, unless otherwise specified, provided that
the Recordings, Data and images related to the Event thus created [including photographic images and any still images extracted or able to be extracted from a video recording] [Immagini], and recorded or archived in them are used exclusively for personal, private and non-commercial purposes.
As a condition for admission to the venue, the user accepts that:
[a] the use of such Recordings, Data or Images for any form of advertising, display, commercial profit or for any other purpose other
than private entertainment without the prior written consent of Formula One World Championship Limited [FOWC] is strictly prohibited, and will constitute a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Entry, for which the user could be held legally responsible; And
[b] at the request of the Promoter or FOWC, the user must assign in writing to FOWC all intellectual property and copyright rights relating to any Image or Recording made, archived or recorded during the Event, concerning or relating
to the Event itself; And
[c] you consent to the use by FOWC [and any third party authorized by FOWC from case to case] for the purposes of, or in connection with, any publication, display or transmission [including any form of advertising, information material, campaign or documentation], by any means, all over the world, without time limits, free of charge, with the approval of FOWC, of any still or moving Image taken during the Event. Such Images include any depiction of the user, his
likeness and his voice; the user agrees to renounce these personal and privacy rights up to the limit necessary to allow the uses described above.
You understand that motor racing, the Event and certain associated activities [including without limitation support events] are dangerous. The Promoter, the sports management bodies, the FIA, the FOWC and its affiliates, including Formula One Management Limited, Formula One Licensing BV, Formula One Asset Management Limited, Formula One
Hospitality and Event Services Limited, Formula Motorsport Limited, Formula One Marketing Limited, the people involved in the organization of the Event [including match officials, marshals, medical and rescue staff], competitors and pilots [including, if necessary, all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliated companies], are not responsible for any loss or damage in any way caused to the user or his property up to the maximum limit permitted by Italian law [this does
not exclude [I] liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence in the actions of any person mentioned above, or [II] any damage caused by fraud or misrepresentation by any person mentioned above].
In the interest of public safety, the Promoter reserves the right to request exit from the venue at any time for safety reasons. It is not allowed to enter or re-enter after the closing of the Event.
During the Event the sound emission levels inside the Circuit can be very
high. It is recommended that you wear hearing protection during competitions to reduce the risk of hearing damage.
While inside the venue of the Event, you must always follow the indicated routes, and reach the positions for the public at the edge of the track with caution, using adequate access and stairs.
While inside the venue, you must behave in a safe, prudent and respectful manner, following all the instructions provided by the personnel in charge.
Tickets for the Event are
strictly non-transferable and cannot be relisted. No tickets for the Event may be offered for sale or given for remuneration or payment of a price without obtaining the prior written consent of the Promoter and FOWC, and without having complied with these Terms and Conditions of Entry in all respects.
Entrance tickets for the Event cannot be used for advertising, commercial or promotional purposes, including without limitation prizes, competitions, contests and lotteries, nor can they be
included in hospitality packages or other products, without having obtained the prior written consent of Formula One World Championship Limited [FOWC] and the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the venue [or to expel from the venue] any person who [a] has not complied with these Terms and Conditions of Entry; [b] is not in possession of a valid ticket; [c] is in possession of a ticket that has been sold or used in a manner contrary to these Terms and Conditions
of Entry; [d] for reasons of safeguarding health, integrity, safety or for the maintenance of public order.
