I will explain how to change only the canvas size without changing the size of the painting I drew.
To change the canvas size, do it from the menu “Edit” -> “Canvas Size”.
[A]
This is the place to display the preview.
[B]
Select the reference point of the original image when enlarging the canvas.
[C]
When shrinking the canvas, specify whether you want to leave the portion of the outside of the reduced canvas.
When unchecked, the part that got out of the range of the canvas when shrinking remains without being erased.
Tips
Leaving outside the canvas range, after changing the canvas size, a picture outside the canvas range will appear when moving the picture with the moving tool.

You can directly specify the size of the canvas. By pressing the “[px]” “[cm]” “[inch]” button at the top, you can switch the unit to be edited.
[E]
If “Comic guide” is displayed, set the size of the canvas to “Comic guide”.
Changing the resolution allows you to enlarge or reduce the entire picture on the canvas.
It is also possible to change only the dpi value without changing the size of the picture at all.
To change the resolution, use “Edit” -> “Image Size” in the menu.
[A]
You can directly specify the size of the image. By pressing the “[px]” “[cm]” “[inch]” button at the top, you can switch the unit to be edited.
When “Constrain Proportions” in [E] is checked, the ratio of width and height is fixed. If you want to change the width and height separately, please uncheck “Constrain Proportions”.

Press the “Apply” button to apply the pull down value to the numerical value of [A] area. When “Apply” is pressed in the state of this figure, the value of area [A] becomes 200% [doubled].
[C]
If “Comic guide” is displayed, set the image size to “Comic guide”.
[D]
You can change the value of dpi.
To “Fixed print size”
When checkedWhen the dpi value is changed, the value of [px] unit changes and the value of [cm] and [inch] unit does not change.When uncheckedWhen the dpi value is changed, the value of [px] unit does not change, the value of [cm] and [inch] unit changes.[E]
If checked here, you can change the size of the image keeping the aspect ratio of the canvas.
POINT
The image may be stretched unless you keep the aspect ratio of the canvas.
[A]: Original picture / [B]: Picture with width set to 50% by retaining proportion / [C]: Picture with width set to 50% without retaining ratio
[F]
When you press the “Reset” button, the numeric value of the window returns to the state when the window was opened. Let’s press this button if you do not understand the original size.

1Scaling
First select the area that you would like to scale.
Next open the Select Menu and select Zoom In/Zoom Out.
This will take you to a new screen. Here you can drag the white squares in order to
scale your selection. When finished click “Set” to complete
the change.
2Transforming
After creating your selection open the Select Menu again. This time choose “Free
Transform”
Now on the transform page you can drag the white squares around the selection to transform it.
When finished click “Set” to complete the change.
