After nearly 5 years of being immersed in career education and empowering students to gain experience that aligns with their values, strengths and skills...it is time to put this into practice myself! My graduate program has really sparked deep joy and interest in

organizationalculture and

employeeengagement, and so I am choosing to focus on pursuing that as I finish my master's degree this semester. I am excited/nervous to step into this season openhandedly, but I know it will be rewarding. And so...today marks my last day as an employee at UP. Appreciation to the best team members ever: Amy, Max, Chelsea C., Seth D.., Aislinn, Julia, & Hannah, and my close colleagues Kate, Elizabeth, Montana, & Gwynn among *many* others, for supporting me and experiential learning at UP.
