There are many options when it comes to choosing what laptop you want to purchase. Many brands create some great laptops with great specs, however, if you’re looking at the top brands such as Apple, Dell, or even LG, you may come to find that their laptops are on the higher-price side. What do we recommend? Lenovo. Lenovo laptops deliver nearly the same specs as higher-end brands, just without the premium pricing. Sure, there are areas where Lenovo laptops that do have to compromise such as display quality, but for the most part, they’re great for someone simply using it for work. One of the most useful parts of a Lenovo laptop is that most of them are now USB-C Power Delivery chargeable via their USB-C port. Here at Charger Harbor, we did a review for the Lenovo Flex 5 laptop, a great laptop with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, a replaceable SSD, and an AMD Ryzen 4500U processor. With such great specs, small and slim size for portability and easy charging, having a power bank to charge your Lenovo laptop is a must if you’re someone that is out and about with your laptop. In this guide, were going to be covering power banks that you can use to charge your Lenovo laptop with USB-C Power Delivery. RAVPower 26,800mAh 30W Power Delivery Power BankWhen it comes to charging your laptop with a Power Delivery power bank, you’re going to have to go with high capacity ones that also have more powerful charging. Low capacity power banks may be better for portability, but they don’t have enough capacity for getting your laptop to full power, and they usually don’t have powerful enough charging power for even charging your laptop. We’re starting with this RAVPower 26,800mAh USB-C Power Delivery power bank. The charger has a high 26,800mAh power capacity, this high capacity is used with many PD power banks on the market and you’re able to charge your Lenovo laptop to full power about three times. There are three ports to charge from on this power bank, with two USB-A ports, and a single USB-C Power Delivery port. The Power Delivery port on this pourable charger has a 30W PD charging speed, and a 30W Power Delivery charging speed is what you should aim for when it comes to charging any PD compatible laptop. An 18W PD charging rate is too low for charging laptops. The other two ports are USB-A ports that share a 12W charging speed. To recharging this RAVPower power bank, you can either use the USB-C Power Delivery port or the Micro-USB input port. We recommend that you use the USB-C port for recharging as you can recharge the power bank at PD speeds with a PD wall charger. Anker PowerCore+ 26800 45W Power Delivery Power BankThis portable charger comes from one of the most popular brands on the market when it comes to charging electronics, Anker. This Anker power bank has the same power capacity as the previous RAVPower charger that we mentioned, and you’re going to notice that most power banks in this guide have the same capacity. The reason for that? It’s likely the capacity of each battery segment that totals to 26,800mAh and it ensures that the portable charger is still small and portable, while still holding lots of power. So once again, you’re able to charge your Lenovo laptop to full power about two or three times. That said, just remember that you’re also able to use this very high capacity to also charge smartphones to full power multiple times simultaneously. The charging from this Anker power bank is better than the RAVPower portable charger, but it still has the same ports. This one also using two USB-A ports and a single USB-C Power Delivery port. The main difference is that this one has a 45W USB-C Power Delivery charging speed, while the USB-A port shares a 15W charging speed between each other. Something that not many other portable chargers include is a wall charger. This one does. In the box, this power bank comes with a 60W Power Delivery wall charger that you can use to recharge the PowerCore+ at its max recharge rate, or you can use it to charge your Lenovo laptop. Aukey 26,800mAh 60W Dual USB-C Power Delivery Portable ChargerWell, yes, it is another 26,800mAh power bank! Okay, so we won’t waste too much time with the power capacity for this portable charger, but just as the other ones you can expect two or three full power charges. Just remember though, these full-power charge estimates are based on the laptop being off or sleeping, and not being used. The charging from this Aukey power bank is the most important factor and differs from a lot of other Power Delivery power banks on the market. The charger has two USB-C Power Delivery ports and a single USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 port. One of the USB-C Power Delivery ports has an 18W charging speed, and the other one has a 60W Power Delivery charging rate. Yes, 60W of PD charging with a power bank and this is one of the fastest speeds that you’ll find with a power bank, and most USB-C PD laptops can charge at their max speed with a 60W charging speed. The 18W Power Delivery port is more helpful for fast charging smartphones, and likely won’t be able to charge a laptop. Crave PowerPack 50,000mAh 60W Power Delivery Power BankQuite possibly the ultimate Power Delivery power bank when it comes to charging laptops, this Crave PowerPack portable charger can seem like overkill, and that’s because it is. The charger has a massive 50,000mAh power capacity that is capable of lasting for a week or more straight with charging your Lenovo laptop or any other devices repeatedly. However, the “overkill” part is what you may want as other power banks have lower capacities than this Crave one and need to be recharged in just a few times of use. Along with the enormous power capacity, the charging power from the ports is on par. There are two USB-C Power Delivery ports and two USB-A ports. The two USB-A Ports feature Quick Charge 3.0. Just like the Aukey power bank, one of the USB-C ports has an 18W charging speed for fast charging smartphones. The other PD port has a 60W charging speed. One of the best parts of this portable charger is its slim form factor with its thickness of 0.7 inches. As the name of the power bank implies, this one has a 20,000mAh power capacity which is enough to charge most laptops to full power about two times. The main reason to get this power bank over the PowerCore+ 26800 that we mentioned previously is if you’d like to go for a lower price tag, and don’t mind the lower charging speed or power capacity. This power bank has two ports, one is a 22W Power Delivery port, and the other is a standard 12W USB-A port. The Power Delivery charging from this power bank is slower than the other portable chargers that we mentioned in this guide, however, the 22W is still enough for charging a Lenovo laptop. On the bright side, this Anker power bank still comes with a 30W Power Delivery wall charger that you can use to recharge the power bank and to charge your laptop.
