Role:
Provide engineering service and advice to industrial engineering activities; prepare
reports regarding reviews of production methods, equipment layout and equipment
and material utilization. Report directly to appointed INY Manager / Deputy Manager
as appropriate.
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities:
1 General Responsibilities:
· Non-destructive testing technicians use different scientific methods totest the properties of materials, components and systems without causing damage.
· Working with scientific technology so you would need to have a good understanding of health and safety issues. Non-destructive testing (NDT) technicians also need to have an eye for detail when analysing the results of tests.
· Non-destructive testing (NDT) technicians examine and test the physical properties of materials and components to find possible corrosion, cracks, flaws and other imperfections, which could affect their performance and reliability. They use testing processes that do not damage the structure of the object being tested.
· Work with materials at every stage of production to make sure they are safe.
· Request help when unsure about how to perform any task safely, Report all unsafe acts to supervisor.
· Work in such manner as to ensure safety of Self as well as the safety of co-workers are well covered with.
· NDT methods are also used in quality control procedures in many industries, including, aerospace, road and rail transport, manufacturing and power generation.
· Make sure that the testing method you use does not have any harmful effect on the materials, parts or machinery under examination.
· Maintain and properly use all tools under their control & to use right tools for the Job.
2 Main Duties:
· Eddy current testing – passing electricity through materials and measuring the differences in the flow of current
· Resonant testing – listening to the growth of cracks or flaws by monitoring the acoustic vibrations of a structure, for example a bridge support.
· Dye testing – staining surfaces with fluorescent liquid, which shows up flaws under ultraviolet lighting
· Magnetic particle testing – applying magnetic particles to magnetised materials, so they line up along cracks and defects (often combined with dye testing)
· Visual inspection – using lenses, CCTV (Closed circuit television) and fibre optic cameras
· Thermal imaging - used to find defects in concrete and other building materials
· Radiographic testing – using X-rays to find internal faults
· Ultrasonic testing – firing high frequency sound pulses into materials and analysing the differences in the reflected signals.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To perform audit in any capacity in conformance with the requirements of the specified Quality/ Environmental/
Health and Safety/ IT services, Information Security/ Supply chain security/ Energy/ Medical Devices
Managements.
· To assimilate, understand and operate the BV Certification Quality Management System in all activities relevant
to the post.
· To control the overall performance of audit activities, including any planning, review and the control of the other
members of the audit team.
· Authority over whatever decisions are necessary during the audits and to recommend the presentation or
otherwise of a certificate of approval.
· To decide upon evidence gained during Audits whether or not certification should be granted or allowed to

BUREAU VERITAS is looking for an Airline Maintenance Inspector to work in the framework of on-going airline
technical assistance projects.
The airlines operate AIRBUS A320/A321 CEO and NEO, among other aircraft types.
The main project is located in Vietnam, the expert will be based at Ho Chi Minh City. The Expert may also have
to travel for short periods:
• along the airline domestic network (e.g. HAN, DAD, CXR, HPH)
• to assist other customer airlines in the SEA region (especially Vietnam and Thailand)
The majority of inspections will take place during night maintenance activities, therefore the expert shall have
flexibility to work at night.
The Expert will work under coordination of a Project Manager from Aeronautics & Space Agency, and in close
coordination with BV on-site team leader and other experts involved in the assistance project.
Main duties:
• Support the development of inspection and audit tools (audit/inspection plan, checklists, reporting etc.)
• Conduct inspections and carry out auditing functions during ramp and hangar activities on Airbus
aircraft
• Prepare detailed reports on inspections and auditing activities
• Promote compliance with airworthiness regulations and directives
• Report breaches of regulations and directives to the Project Manager and on-site Team Leader
• Providing advice and recommendations to other project members and customer on other technical
matters relating to aviation techniques, maintenance operations and aeronautical engineering as may
be required

 Assist MMT Manager to control all operations of MMT business
 Involve sale activities to support MMT Manager to develop the revenue
 Together with concerned personnel, endeavour to extent the inspection services to all potential customers
 Responsible to meet customer requirements. Report to MMT Manager immediately any customer’s complaints or disputes that could involve the professional, civil or criminal liability of Bureau Veritas or any member of its personnel
 Ensure all inspections are properly done in conformity with SOP and International/Local methods
 Quarterly organize technical trainings for MMT surveyors
 Ensure updates, reports are performed in time and review final reports/certificates before issuance
 Timely involve recruitments in order to have sufficient qualified staff for MMT

• Forecasts mobilization of engineers in relation to planning and building progress and ensures these resources are properly qualified;

• Leads the implementation and the follow up of the Technical Control Plan for the project, including the use of Pri Manager software;
• Ensure the work is carried out in accordance to the latest approved drawings and specifications at the time of execution;
• Review, approve and signs final inspection reports and before they are sent to client;
• Takes part in weekly meetings, monthly meetings in the behalf of BUREAU VERITAS
• In charge of the PMU profitability, and in this respect sees to the issue of the invoices and their payment
3. Ensures the PMU implementation and follow up comply with BUREAU VERITAS methodology

• Ensures that the PMU follows BUREAU VERITAS safety policy, and acts in a professional and ethic manner;

- Provide a high level of customer service. Provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users.

- Responsible to meet customers and prepare commercial actions (good skills in making action plan) to develop Coal business
- Contact with overseas and local customers in terms of provided or available range of services, keep good relationships with the existing Customers and (together with concerned personnel) ensure that the provided services meet their requirement
- Together with concerned personnel, endeavour to extent the inspection services to all potential customers
- Intensify new business relationships and assure continuous development of Coal business by incessantly creating new fields of Coal services
- Collect Coal marking information and deal with relevant personnel to support MMT Manager to give out the strategy, objectives for Coal business development
- Propose any solution, action to MMT Manager to improve strategy, action plan and other operation relating to Coal Business
- Report to MMT Manager immediately any customer’s complaints or disputes that could involve the professional, civil or criminal liability of Bureau Veritas or any member of its personnel
- Organize/lead events in commercial and marketing if possible
- Respect deadlines and in line with all Bureau Veritas procedures and policies

• To be responsible for writing design review reports and signing these reports to officially issue. For these matters, he shall use the appropriate tools like AVISO and BV NET. He liaises with CTC Assistant as appropriate;
• Sign and issue the design drawings which are reviewed and approved as in the design review reports;
• Attends the meetings related to the projects he is in charge of, if requested;
• Attend the weekly and monthly meetings for reporting and reviewing the progress of implementation of projects;
• Attend the urgent meetings related to design review if requested Manager/Deputy Manager/Design Review Manager;

*Role
To be in charge of the development and administration of BV sites team. He ensures the project implementation and follow up is carried out in accordance with BUREAU VERITAS methodology. He is the main link between BUREAU VERITAS and the client and in this respect works for BUREAU VERITAS recognition. He contributes to the know exchange within the company.

- The Process Safety Engineer is responsible for providing services relating to process safety, risk assessment services, verification, certification and audit for fertilizer, refinery and onshore / offshore oil & gas facilities in Vietnam &
international regions.
- Responsible for PSA (Process Safety Assessment), PSM (process safety management) development service.
- Able to facilitate HAZOP / HAZID / QRA / SIL ...
- Should also be able to lead risk assessments.
- Performs other safety duties as assigned

Reporting to : INY Manager
Role: To be in charge of Opex services of the Industry business line in Bureau Veritas Vietnam, Plant Operation Services Manager has good understanding about the inspection and maintenance program of Industrial sector.
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
• Organize and control implementation the OPEX services team
• Deploy the OPEX services team including NDT technician and inspectors.
• Responsible for delivery the OPEX services for operating facilities.
• Working with client on day by day basic to understanding the need and top-up sale.
• Supervise the technician and engineer’s performance.
• To be project manager/deputy project manager for launching the projects.
• To support the Sale team to do market research and define potential clients
• To decide the BV products can sell in the market in priority order
• Set-up a prospect database, list of potential clients for the products
• Conduct marketing & visit plans with BD/BDM
• Review technical & commercial proposal prepared by Sale Team
• Report to INY manager in term of operation

Reporting to Design Review Team Leader / Design Review Manager
Role
