Elite labs mass muscle gainer review

I need 3000+ calories a day and this 1100 additional a day is a big help. I still have real food and gold standard whey. I'm bulking up, doing full body exercises every 2 days.

This will be my first time trying mass gainers because I have no choice, I'm busting my ass eating like a hippo, but when I got a few days of little sleep I already lost weight (college student) I know because my wristwatch got loose.

I'm planning on dividing the serving half before bed and half immediately waking up. Please tell me this is an okay choice

Real food would be a better choice. It isn't that hard to get to 3k calories...

You don't need to eat like a hippo to hit 3K calories. Eat plenty of high calorie foods, such as peanut butter, milk, eggs, ect. I personally need about 3300-3500 calories per day in order to gain weight, and I don't need to gorge myself to get there. Obviously I need to eat a good amount, but I don't need mass gainers, and neither should you.

I would recommend investing less of your money on processed fast food and more on actual whole food(s).

I expected all comments would be all about real food. It isn't the problem I ask about here. I'm simply asking your opinion about the product I posted. If it's a good product, effective, does it help me achieve my goal etc etc.

I do take homemade gainers with oats milk banana and I'll keep taking this even if i have my mass gainer supplement.

For peanut butter and bread though, what I'm worried about is the sugar content. Also, being allergic to egg yolks, chicken, scaleless fish and probably more, is slowing down my progress.

Lol, you are scaried of sugar in peanut butter and bread, but maltodextrin and sugar in mass gainer is mysterious magic anabolic? Thanks op, you made my day!

Who told you that you have all those allergies? Your mind or doctor?

We're telling you that whole foods will help you reach your goal better than any mass gainer. Don't waste your money.

Not sure where you live, but here in Canada, you can get natural peanut butter that only has 1 gram of sugar per tablespoon, and bread with little to no sugar. Also, I hope you realize how much sugar is in mass gainers.

Thank you for the info about that. I'll do more research about peanut butter and sugars.
^ My doctor told me that. And a few experts years before.

I won't even bother anymore. My question is still left unanswered. But thank you for giving your ideas. I know how important real food is.

After spending a lot of time doing copiously thorough and accurate research on the product that you have posted, I have come to the final conclusion that it is inferior to whole foods. My log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169888683&p=1429732191

I sincerely hope you did not have to do copious amounts research on a "mass gainer" (aka processed fast food) to come to this conclusion.
