PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE NEGATIVE… PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS - I wish I had read them all before I paid for a course of treatment. I truly believe that half of the positive reviews are not genuine and written by the management team. I have had a truly terrible experience. I called to explain that I had tested positive for COVID and could no longer attend my session, I was charged a late fee for falling ill. They did not allow me to book in for any further treatments until I had paid the late fee and therefore are encouraging clients to come in to the salon with COVID. They do not care about the welfare of their customers at all, there is zero accountability. Absolutely no protection measures are in place, staff do not wear masks and the rooms are not cleaned in line with COVID guidance. I will not be giving Harley Laser Specialists any more of my business and have told my friends, family, colleagues and anyone who will listen to steer well clear of this place Date of experience: December 22, 2021 I’ve been coming here for 7 months nowI’ve been coming here for 7 months now, really friendly staff, makes sure you’re super comfortable and treatments going really well. I paid for a special offer for nail treatment at £69.00 and they insisted on taking a further £30.00 deposit for the next appointment. The subsequent appointments were paid in full and when I requested a refund of the deposit, they refused to pay it back. I sent emails to 'Tia', the Head Receptionist and she refused to pay my deposit or give a straight answer. She insisted on booking another appointment I was asked to write to their manager, 'Adam' and no response from him either. All the Receptionists refused to help and were unconcerned and suggested to take it up with Tia. I emailed both Tia and Adam proof of my deposit by email and I have not heard from them. AVOID hugely unprofessional and quick to take your money. I have contacted Trading Standards. Date of experience: June 18, 2019 Great microneedling courseGreat microneedling course! Like most people we would like to give the benefit of doubt and make judgments for ourself - so this is my experience. I paid a deposit for a laser treatment- this didn’t happen. I waited almost an hour and was told I’d be having a ‘consultation today only’ their plan is to hook you in with a deposit for a consultation and then almost bully you into buying excessive and expensive sessions. It is a corridor on Harley Street. Nothing fancy or not at all what you’d expect. Don’t let the prestige location fool you. The laser room is almost a basement corridor and although staff are friendly and dressed as nurses they are in essence sales staff. It’s a hard sell! complete waste of time and money heading in to central- and didn’t convince me to have any treatment with them at all. They will incessantly text, email and ring you once you place an enquiry… awful experience- I’m sorry- would not ever go again or recommend to anyone. After 5 session I cold see how slim I was getting and I could not believe. I am very happy with the outcome and I strong recommend it Date of experience: June 14, 2021 The best academy for machines and knowledgeI completed the laser teeth whitening course 6 months ago with tia and last week i completed the micro-needling course, since i done my laser teeth whitening it boosted my income dramatically , i wanted to do this as a side job but im acutally considering quiting my main job and doing this full time , the trainers are very helpful the person that done my micro-needling course was AMAZING but i forgotten her name! Or i would of mentioned her as she was great aswell. Ever sonce i completed my laser teeth whiteing course i have been in contact with tia for supplies such as top up gel used during the treatment. I would mybe advice that if you want to place an order do a week before the date that you have clients as they are high in demand and their gels do wonder the results are great. Now im branching out to do facial treatment and i started by doing the micro needling course im so excited to start doing my existing clients and also to advertise this via my social media. Im so happy with everything the support and the informations they give you and tips and hints to have a successful business. I will stick to this academy for more courses definitely worth every penny !!!!
