There was a desk, though, so if it was just me and my wife, it would have been fine. Kids made it more interesting. Other wise it was great. Pros:Location, can not beat it, so close to penn station and center to everything else Cons:No finding roaches in my room. Then when they changed my room to an alleged upgrade it smelt like a damp towel that had been left in washer too long. Pros:The location across MSG can't be beat, but that's about it. The lobby is grand and modern. Cons:The rooms are old and outdated. The a/c în the window very noisy that would the noise of the street below, doesn't let you sleep much after a whole day out. The room is dirty. Fridge didn't work. I asked them to fix it, maintenance came, didn't fix it.Thank God it wasn't too hot that week. The bathroom was half renovated, unfinished. Pros:Everything! They accommodated my every wish without hesitation. Location was great being next to Penn station. I could get anywhere in the city easily. Since I take the train from Newark airport it was great! Value for the money was huge! It was a great deal and a top touch stay! Pros:Location was excellent, not so noisy at night (I could sleep) on the 17th floor, lobby was nice, lots of good food places and shopping around, proximity to everything you desire, bed was comfortable. Cons:Even though the room was renovated, it seems, the bathroom wasn't completely renovated. The pillows were all too soft. No central A/C but only an in-window a/c, noisy at times. Pros:Great location Studio suite with good space and functional kitchenette Staff quick to repsonse Cons:By no way let them give you room 427 The noisest room in my whole life in an hotel (the manager promptly offer me to change me Pros:Great location, confortable beds, spacious, very clean, nice staff, easy check in and check out. Cons:The air conditioner was extremely loud, the hotel provided earplugs but if they could fix this issue It could have been the perfect stay. Pros:Location close to subway and bus stops. Room and hotel was clean. Desk attendant was helpful. Cons:Beware of sketchy parking garage beside hotel!! We parked our car at the Park and Lock on 31st street. (Close by) Room was very small but clean. It was a bit expensive for what it was. Pros:Big room that was immaculately clean. Have stayed here before, will stay here again. Cons:Communications between staff on phone and staff at desk unclear. Told no pet fee, then at checkin told $100 per pet!!! Pros:Too much money for such a mediocre room. It supposed to be a non-smoking room but in reality it smelled to weed. Very disappointing experience especially having the kids there. I reserved two rooms and arrived at 4:00, there was only one room available and we had to wait for the other one almost 3 hours. 371 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10001
