Tại Hội nghị Nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam 2022, Công ty Anphabe, Công ty Nghiên cứu Thị trường Intage Việt Nam và các đơn vị đã công bố bảng xếp hạng 100 Nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam 2022.

Đây là năm thứ  9 Anphabe khảo sát "Nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam”. Năm nay, quy mô của khảo sát được mở rộng chưa từng có để đo lường sức hấp dẫn thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng tại Việt Nam. 57.939 người đi làm có kinh nghiệm trên toàn quốc đã tham gia bình chọn theo nhiều tiêu chí, trong thời gian từ tháng 4 đến tháng 9/2022 với 515 doanh nghiệp hàng đầu theo 20 ngành nghề.

Theo đại diện đơn vị thực hiện khảo sát, kết quả bình chọn là thước đo quan trọng để các doanh nghiệp đánh giá được điểm mạnh, điểm yếu của mình dưới góc độ một nơi làm việc trong mắt nhân viên và nhân tài mục tiêu. Kết hợp với việc bình chọn, như thường lệ, khảo sát cũng tiên phong nghiên cứu sâu những xu hướng nguồn nhân lực và môi trường làm việc quan trọng, nhờ vậy đây luôn là nguồn thông tin được cộng đồng lãnh đạo và nhân sự mong chờ hàng năm.

 Trên thị trường lao động hiện nay, MobiFone được đánh giá là môi trường làm việc đáng mơ ước. Với danh hiệu Top 3 nhà mạng lớn nhất Việt Nam, Top 20 Nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam năm 2014, Top 10 công ty CNTT hàng đầu Việt Nam năm 2020, doanh nghiệp này  trả mức lương trung bình các vị trí kỹ sư CNTT, lập trình viên lên tới 40 triệu đồng/tháng.  

BNEWS Vừa qua, tại Hội nghị vinh danh Nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam 2022 do Anphabe tổ chức, Tập đoàn Công nghệ CMC đã được vinh danh Top 100 Nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam.

Bên cạnh đó, CMC cũng được vinh danh Top 50 doanh nghiệp Việt có thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng hấp dẫn và Top 10 đầu ngành về Công nghệ thông tin/Phần mềm & Ứng dụng/TMĐT.

Kết quả trên được kết luận từ khảo sát nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam 2022 được Anphabe thực hiện từ tháng 4 đến tháng 9 năm nay, với sự tham gia bình chọn của 57.939 nhân viên, 515 công ty.

Đơn vị này còn có các khảo sát, phỏng vấn chuyên sâu với khoảng 150 lãnh đạo và quản lý nhân sự ở 20 ngành nghề chính. Chương trình này được Phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam (VCCI) bảo trợ. Mô hình và phương pháp đánh giá được kiểm chứng bởi đơn vị thứ ba là Intage Việt Nam để đảm bảo tính công bằng và khách quan.

Đây là năm thứ 9 Anphabe khảo sát "Nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam”. Giải thưởng chính là sự ghi nhận cho những nỗ lực của CMC trong thời gian qua để phấn đấu trở thành nơi làm việc lý tưởng, hạnh phúc cũng như nâng tầm sức hấp dẫn của thương hiệu Nhà tuyển dụng CMC trên thị trường lao động Việt Nam.

Chủ tịch HĐQT, Chủ tịch điều hành Tập đoàn Công nghệ CMC, ông Nguyễn Trung Chính chia sẻ: "Kết quả này phản ánh đúng những gì CMC đã đầu tư và nỗ lực suốt thời gian vừa qua. CMC tập trung cho chuyển đổi số nhưng chúng tôi hiểu rằng chuyển đổi số trước hết là chuyển đổi con người, tạo ra môi trường thúc đẩy văn hóa số, tư duy số”.

Ông Chính cũng cho biết thêm, để đạt được sự hài lòng của khách hàng, cần mang lại sự hài lòng cho cán bộ nhân viên trước tiên, hành trình của mỗi người đến với CMC và phải là một trải nghiệm đầy hạnh phúc và nhiều năng lượng. Nhờ đó, nhân viên sẽ luôn sẵn sàng đồng hành sát cánh cùng công ty, kể cả trong những giai đoạn khó khăn. Từng người CMC đều là một cá thể góp phần tạo nên một môi trường làm việc tốt tại CMC.

CMC xác định "Chiến lược nhân sự tốt nhất là tuyển dụng, đào tạo và trả lương cho con người sao cho họ có thể sáng tạo những chiến lược tương lai tốt nhất".
